Thanks for telling us about this .32-20. Another friend sent me an email about it. It just sold for $1425. I looked at it many times these past few days and contacted the seller with a couple of questions. I won't go into all the details, but after careful thought and serious study of the pictures, I am of the opinion that this is an early Utica barrel on a later action, stock, and forearm, most likely made at Chicopee Falls after 1946. I did not want to pay a premium price for a barrel, even though the caliber is very rare. I could be wrong and may regret my decision later. So, I am still looking for a .32-20!
